  2. Baiting Systems: This method involves placing bait stations around the perimeter of a home. The stations contain a material that termites find attractive, and when they consume it, they are exposed to a pesticide that kills them. Baiting systems are effective for eliminating termite infestations, but they may not provide the same level of protection against future infestations as liquid termiticides.
  3. Fumigation: This method involves sealing the entire home with tarps and then introducing a gas pesticide into the structure. Fumigation is extremely effective for eliminating termite infestations, but it can be very costly and disruptive, as homeowners must vacate the property during the treatment.
  4. Physical barrier: This method involves installing a physical barrier around the foundation of the home which prevents the entry of termites.
