We charge $98, non-refundable fee for a Termite Inspection. This fee may be credited to the account if a recommendation for treatment has been made and you choose us to perform the treatment.

Annually is the best course of action, and also required to maintain a Termite Warranty.

Yes. A one year warranty is issued for the property for Termite Treatments. Also for Termite Inspections a Termite Warranty may be issued at no extra cost if the property meets certain conditions.
